About Us
Your Local, Trusted Electricians Since 2007
Welcome to A&J Electricians — a family-run business proudly serving Bradford and surrounding areas for over 15 years.
We specialise in domestic and light commercial electrical work, from simple socket replacements to full rewires, EICR testing, EV charger installations, and modern security systems like CCTV and alarms.
Based in BD14, we cover Bradford, Halifax, Pudsey, Keighley, Brighouse, Dewsbury, Mirfield, Batley, and nearby areas across West Yorkshire.
Our process is hassle-free and easy
At A&J, we don’t just show up, do a job, and disappear. We explain what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and make sure you understand the work being carried out. That means no confusing jargon, no shortcuts, and no surprise charges.
We’re not a big national chain or some faceless company — we’re local, we’re personal, and we care about our reputation. Most of our work comes from word-of-mouth and returning customers
Fully Qualified & Registered
Fully Qualified & Registered
We’re NAPIT registered electricians, fully insured, and always working to current electrical safety standards and building regulations. Whether it’s a landlord certificate (EICR), an EV charger at your home, or a new consumer unit, you can be confident the work is done safely, legally, and properly.
Trusted by Customers
We’re proud to have over a dozen 5-star Google reviews, and counting. Customers say we’re reliable, honest, and explain things clearly — the kind of tradesman you can actually trust.
